Oh my goodness. I will contact MCG immediately. It must be a chaos in the warehouse.

Our IT team is doing their best to fix the problem but it will take at least 24 hours until everything is back to normal. The order must reach the warehouse by noon or there is no way that we can deliver it in time tomorrow.

The roster is being adjusted so that a task force can be formed to take charge of the order. But please bear in mind that everything has to be done manually so it will take more time to process an order than normal. We will try to work around the clock to make it done.
