Dear Kyle Moore,
Welcome to WinnerF – we are excited to have you aboard and look forward to seeing you on Monday, August 15. Our work hours start from 9 a.m., but on the first day you are expected to arrive 30 minutes earlier to complete some onboarding tasks.
First, go to the Human Resources Department in Room H511 to activate your staff ID card. This card will give you access to our primary facilities, including printers and photocopiers. Your workstation has been set up and ready for use. An IT team member will assist you to log in to the company’s system and install necessary software. You will also be given an account to access Wifi. Our building’s parking area is under routine maintenance until August 20. During the closure, you can park your vehicle at the MMG building across the street without charges by showing your staff ID card.
During your first week, we have planned a number of orientation sessions to help you better understand the company’s operations, strategies and products. Please refer to the attached files for the detailed schedule.
