Re: Semar tables
Dear Ms. Landau,
Thank you for your interest in our furniture. The Semar line, which you inquired about, is made of Malaysian oak wood, a very strong and long-lasting kind of timber. Unfortunately, we do not have furniture made out of Malaysian oak currently in stock because the attractive prices made it so popular that it sold out quickly. Of course, it can be ordered for you from the producer in Indonesia, but this may take from one to three months, depending on the current shipping and delivery dates. If you are nevertheless interested in placing an order, please respond to this address and specify the length and width of the table.
Otherwise, may I suggest that you consider one of the other table lines in our catalog? We also offer a large selection of tables made in Thailand and China in color varieties that do not differ much from the one in which you expressed an interest. For example, the Light Lumpur line would be a suitable substitute.
Finally, I am happy to confirm that consultants are in fact available for visiting you at your home as a way of helping you choose the right table style to match the color of your floor or pieces of furniture. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards, Philip Starnes
