The Market Research Organization has just released the findings of their annual survey on tourist satisfaction among the country’s top 10 travel agencies.
According to the survey, our newly launched “Hiking in Sumatra” ranks the lowest. There are a number of comments about the high cost, boring track and inexperienced ides of the tour. The board of directors are unhappy with such rating and reviews, especially when they have not seen any return from the initial investment. They have. decided to stop the operation of the tour. Therefore, our team is tasked with proposing a substitute.
We have less than a month to discuss and write up the proposal. This is quite a rush but there will be a bonus for those whose ideas are chosen – $1,500 in cash and a paid day off. So please send in your ideas and we will hold a meeting at the end of this month
