We have drafted and enclosed here the contract which specifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties in managing the adaption process, such as adjusting the book content and finalizing the screenplay. -[4]-. All these terms along with the copyright and finance part must be reviewed carefully to ensure a congenial filming process. Please highlight the terms on which you would like further discussion.
